Ackeisha came to me desperate to find a way to encourage her clients to commit to their appointments. At the time, online payments prior to appointments being approved was all she could think of implementing, but she eventually discovered that the real problem her clients faced went much deeper than that.
Her core clients kept asking "why they couldn't to hold on to the results from their last pedicure?" and her reply kept pointing them on the importance of prioritizing their appointments. This approach was leaving control in the clients hands; something they didn't want which presented an opportunity for her.
Everything that followed, continued to build on the value illustrated on her home page.
While I knew the results would come in because of the data presented by Ackeisha, the waiting process wasn't easy for her. Now, her clients come to her specifically asking for her core service in language native to only her brand. There is a distinctive difference in the way she now speaks about her services, "it's easier and much more fun " as opposed to "before when it lacked focus and felt harder".
Once you've created something different, the next step is abiding by what you've made. For some, that can be difficult. Unfortunately, I have no advice for this except to stick to your guns!
